2. Description of Services

Masters Born Academy provides online trading education, community access, live trading sessions, trade alerts, and related content. Our services are educational in nature and do not constitute financial advice.

3. Membership & Billing

  • Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly) unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • All sales are final. Memberships and course purchases are non refundable because you receive immediate access to live and time sensitive content. See our Refund Policy.
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
  • All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share, redistribute, or resell any proprietary content, trade alerts, or course materials.
  • Use the community platform to harass, spam, or mislead other members.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

5. Investment Risk Disclaimer

Trading stocks, options, futures, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

Masters Born Academy does not guarantee any specific results or profits. All trading decisions are your own responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including courses, videos, trade alerts, educational materials, and branding, is the property of Masters Born Academy and protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Masters Born Academy and its instructors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any trading decisions made based on our content.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
